They came rushing to her aid whenever she needed their help and guidance. From her dream material, she has created successful work projects, a loving partnership, a community and the life of her dreams. She believes that the more awareness we bring to this deeper part of ourselves, the more our dreams can help us achieve the life we would love to lead. For the last year she has run her dream project known as Dream Creators, a highly interactive international community of creative dreamers.

Wisdom of the Body – Serenity of the Soul: Recalling the Wisdom of our Body (Kathy Ginn)
Many of us are discovering we have lost a crucial connection with our bodies. We relentlessly drive ourselves to produce every day of every month, year after year. Our lives seem to be moving faster and growing more stressful. We tend to live from the neck-up.
Everything that happens to us while we are alive happens through our bodies. The mind influences the body and the body is the instrument of the mind. Our body is a mirror of our thoughts and beliefs, and our body never lies. Our body holds the wisdom we tend to run away from. Breathing, sensing, and moving – the language of our body, carries tremendous contemplative potential, and yet, we so often move through our days unaware or in conflict with our physical selves. We may be used to thinking of symptoms as bothersome events that interrupt our lives. Symptoms are really messages to ourselves about what is going on inside of us. If we learn to pay attention to these signals, we gain much information and understanding about what we need to heal and feel whole. When we begin to understand ourselves through connecting with our body, we find ourselves empowered with greater self-awareness and understanding.
Our time together will offer you insights and practices that will help you recover your lost physical wisdom and learn to integrate your body with right thinking and calm presence. Allow this learning to become an exciting and unique adventure while walking your path of growth and transformation.
